1. Customer Pickup (Preferred Method)

We strongly recommend that customers visit our office in Karachi to inspect and collect their purchased machines in person. This ensures that:

  • The product is verified and in satisfactory condition before leaving our facility.
  • Any questions regarding functionality, features, or condition are addressed on-site.

2. Shipping Services (Optional)

If a client prefers to have the machine shipped, the following conditions apply:

  • Client Choice: Customers may choose any shipping or courier service according to their preference.
  • Shipping Charges: All shipping costs must be paid directly by the client. Ashfaq Traders does not include shipping in the product price unless explicitly agreed upon.
  • Transit Responsibility: Once the machine leaves our premises, all transit risks including damage, delay, or loss are the sole responsibility of the client and/or the selected courier. Ashfaq Traders will not be held liable for any issues that occur during shipping.

3. Insurance (Optional)

  • Clients who wish to insure their shipment must inform Ashfaq Traders prior to dispatch.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to arrange and pay for insurance.
  • Ashfaq Traders will not advise or arrange insurance unless explicitly instructed by the client.

4. Inspection & Claims

  • Customers are advised to inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery.
  • Any claims related to damage during transit should be made directly with the courier or insurance provider, as Ashfaq Traders does not assume liability for shipping.

5. Legal Disclaimer

All orders are subject to the terms and conditions of sale and delivery. By opting for shipping, clients acknowledge that:

  • Ashfaq Traders is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays during transit.
  • The client accepts full responsibility for choosing the shipping method and carrier.
  • Any insurance, if desired, must be arranged prior to shipment.
